As I have heard, Skullptura is no longer making any rips of games for his torrents. Apologies, but you'll have to start making them yourself or finding another great maker of Torrents.

For once, a question that I cannot answer. As far as I know, this is not the Director's Cut. I already have the real version of the game on Steam and so, I don't have a need to download this. However, I hope another person can answer this question for you. Anyone?

Upgrade your DirectX Version. You are getting the 'd3d' error (which means there is a core DirectX file missing). You can get it from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3 .
