The program can help you by breaking down a script into a detailed schedule where each scene is assigned to a certain set, has a clear synopsis and involves certain actors. In short, you can use it to plan all the actions and resources for the entire film in order to focus on shooting instead of resource planning.
The main tool of the program is the Breakdown sheet. This enables you to describe every step of the schedule and to assign resources such as actors, props or wardrobe items. It includes multiple pages that can be edited and reviewed in order, just like a notebook. You can jump to a certain page using the Board tool that displays an overview of the entire plan.
